Engineering surveys

In the framework of topographic works we develop a set of materials for further design and construction of objects. This helps to position objects correctly on the ground, taking into account the terrain, available objects and regulations. Maps and plans accurately represent the location of rivers, fields, forests, facilities, communications and engineering networks, etc. The results are then used in the engineering.

We carry out work on soil research, determination of its composition and condition with further forecasting of possible changes. Geological work helps to estimate the depth of groundwater, the bearing capacity of soils, the depth of freezing and other characteristics. Competent analysis of the results guarantees durability of the erected objects. The control of geological exploration is carried out in the governmental supervisory body.

We conduct drilling and experimental studies of groundwater: We estimate their current depth, water intake, the need for drainage. As a result, we develop solutions for groundwater drainage and define perspective points for water intake as technical and drinking, calculate the level of soil filtration, choose waterproofing materials for future construction, etc.

Geophysicists of the company examine the structure, composition and structure of the earth's crust on the site of construction, making a map of seismic zoning. The results of the work allow to estimate the seismic safety of the area.

We analyze the plant associations of the area to determine the features of the vegetation cover. We develop a complete list of plants with the indication of individual species and their productivity. The results of the research allow to develop solutions for gardening and the need to cut and clean the soil from undesirable crops.

We determine the state of the environment and assess the possible impact on it of future structures and facilities. We work on the regulations of Building Code.
